App privacy policy

Does it recover prices from before I installed it?

No. The app cannot invent missing price history. If you install during a promotion, a notice may stay hidden until there is usable verified history. A recorded merchant baseline is available in settings when appropriate, with an explicit confirmation.

Which discounts are outside its scope?

Conditional or personalised offers, customer or market-specific discounts, order discounts, fixed-amount offers, buy-X-get-Y, Shopify Functions discounts and overlapping automatic promotions are not treated as supported per-product prices.

Does installing the app guarantee legal compliance?

No. Omnibus provides price-history and display tools. Requirements vary by country, product and promotion. You remain responsible for choosing the right settings and checking your obligations.

How do I get support?

Email helpdesk@vanilla.net.mt with your app name, store’s .myshopify.com address, the steps you took and a screenshot with private details removed. Never send passwords or access tokens.
