What happens when I reach an AI allowance?
There are separate allowances for AI searches and deeper ranking. When deep ranking is used up, hybrid search continues. When the AI search allowance is used up, keyword search continues.
Does this include photo search or a chat assistant?
No. Vanilla AI Search helps customers find products through text search. It does not offer photo search or generate chat answers.
How do I get support?
Email helpdesk@vanilla.net.mt with your app name, store’s .myshopify.com address, the steps you took and a screenshot with private details removed. Never send passwords or access tokens.
